Welcome to Golf Junior. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using our app and services. Please read them carefully — by using Golf Junior, you agree to everything below.
By creating an account, using the Golf Junior app, or accessing any part of our website at golfjunior.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app or our services.
These terms apply to all users — including players, parents/guardians, golf clubs, tours, coaches, and any other account types.
Golf Junior is a digital platform that connects junior golfers with competitions, golf clubs, tours, and coaches across the UK and beyond. The platform is built and operated by its founders, Jordan and Beauden.
We act as a listing and discovery service. We do not organise, run, or take responsibility for the individual golf events, competitions, or coaching sessions listed on the platform.
To use Golf Junior you must register an account with a valid email address. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep your details up to date.
Junior golfers under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian register and manage their account on their behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Golf Junior offers a paid membership (currently £3.99/month) that unlocks full access to the platform, including event entry, score tracking, the Golf Passport, and other features.
Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe, our payment processor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
However, Golf Junior is run by a small family team, and we believe in being fair. The founders and developers of Golf Junior reserve the right to issue a refund — in full or in part — at their own discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:
If you would like to request a refund, contact us at hello@golfjunior.app with your account email and a brief explanation. We will review every request personally and respond as soon as we can.
Refunds, where approved, will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 working days.
You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings. Upon deletion, your profile, scorecards, passport entries, and personal data will be permanently removed from our system.
In addition, the founders and developers of Golf Junior reserve the right to remove, suspend, or delete any user account — at their own discretion and without prior notice — for any reason, including but not limited to:
Where an account is removed by the founders, any active subscription may also be cancelled and, at the founders' discretion, a pro-rata or full refund issued.
The founders' decision on account removal and refunds is final.
Golf clubs, tours, and coaches can claim their profiles on Golf Junior. Claimed profiles may be edited, updated, and managed by the authorised representative of that organisation.
The founders reserve the right to revoke a claimed profile, remove content, or transfer profile ownership if a claim is found to be inaccurate, disputed, or no longer valid.
Event details, dates, entry fees, and competition rules are provided by the organising club or tour. Golf Junior is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, cancellations, or disputes arising from individual events.
Always check with the organising club or tour before travelling to or entering an event.
You agree not to use Golf Junior to:
All branding, logos, design, and content created by Golf Junior remains our intellectual property. User-generated content (scorecards, profile photos, etc.) remains the property of the user, though you grant us a licence to display it within the app.
We take your privacy seriously. Personal data is stored securely and used only to operate your account and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Golf Junior is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the platform, including inaccuracies in event listings or third-party services.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
